Vibrasana

Custom sessions blending breathwork, yoga asana, somatic movement, meditation, and immersive sound baths - designed to meet you where you are.

Rooted in vibration and asana (the postures limb of yoga), Vibrasana invites you to experience the resonance of sound and the movement of energy through the body, cultivating presence and inner ease.

We begin by grounding into the body through breath and meditation, move through restorative or energizing yoga asana or somatic movement, and close with a meditative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, Nepalese & Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, chimes, tingshas, and more.

Each 60-90 minute session supports energetic release, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.

breathe. move. rest.
