Vibrasana with Kendall
Themed sessions blending breathwork, yoga asana, somatic movement, meditation, and immersive sound baths - designed to meet each person exactly where they are.
Rooted in vibration (the resonance of sound) and asana (the postural limb of yoga), Vibrasana supports both the nervous system and the subtle body - inviting prana (energy) to move, awareness to deepen, and the whole system to settle.
Each practice begins by grounding into the body through breath and meditation, followed by movement that responds to the energy of the space. Asana and somatic sequencing are chosen with intention - to clear stagnation, mobilize prana, and prepare the body to rest.
Sessions close with an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, Nepalese and Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, chimes, tingshas, and more. The soundscape creates a field of resonance that encourages spacious presence, personal intention, and deep inner ease.
Each 75 - 120 minute session supports energetic release, nervous system regulation, and profound rest.

Meet Kendall
Founder of Vibrasana, Kendall is a certified yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and lifelong lover of music and movement.
Rooted in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California and now based in Walnut Creek & Truckee, she offers sessions that blend movement, breath, and sound to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and energetic renewal.
Her approach is grounded in training, inspired by devotion, and shaped by a deep love for her community, the earth, and the power of intentional rest.
