Join Jenny & Kendall for an afternoon of breathwork (prāṇāyāma), yoga āsana, and sound meditation. This is the kind of reset your nervous system has been asking for.

Here's how the afternoon unfolds:

  • Land acknowledgement & opening ceremony

  • Breathwork (prāṇāyāma) to arrive fully

  • Yoga āsana to open and release

  • A two-healer, symphonic sound meditation under the redwoods using instruments including the gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan & Nepalese bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and more.

Join Kendall for a nourishing practice of breathwork (pranayama), slow yoga asana, and immersive sound meditation designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and deep rest.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, exploring accessible and seasonally relevant pranayama to settle the body and focus the mind. From there, we’ll move through slow, mindful yoga asana, gradually transitioning into yin and restorative shapes to encourage ease, release, and downregulation. Light hands-on assists will be offered when consent hearts are set to “yes.”

Cosmic Womb: An Art & Sound Meditation Ritual

As the earth stirs toward Spring, enter the Cosmic Womb - a liminal space of rest and infinite potential. Led by quantum healer Astrid C. Medieta and sound practitioner Kendall Odom, this 2-hour immersion supports nervous system settling and subconscious recalibration through three intentional phases:

Gestate: A deep hypnotic meditation supported by crystal bowls and a solar planetary gong to access the inner void.

Birth: Transition into intuitive watercolor painting held by a low-fi soundscape. The focus is on sensation-led creation (no experience required).

Rest: A final sound immersion for integration and energetic settling. Details: All materials provided. Please wear comfortable layers and bring anything that supports your rest. Eye masks and essential oils will be available.
