Reset & Digest: Breath, Yoga, & Sound
Reset & Digest: Breath, Yoga, & Sound is a 90-minute practice designed to support the body’s natural mental and physical digestive processes after the holiday weekend.
We’ll begin with a short introduction and guided pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, build gentle digestive heat, and create space through the abdomen.
The asana (postures) practice will focus on twists, gentle core activation, and compression-and-release movements that stimulate the digestive organs, with particular attention to the liver.
We’ll close with a long, grounding sound bath using gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan & Nepalese bowls, ocean drum, rainstick, chimes, tingshas, and more, to shift the body into a true rest-and-digest state. The tones and vibrations help activate the vagus nerve, support the parasympathetic nervous system, soften the belly, and encourage full-body integration.
This practice is suitable for all levels and is designed to help you reset, regulate, and return to balance.
Ground in Gratitude: Thanksgiving Yoga & Sound Bath (Auburn, CA)
Join mother-daughter duo Nancy and Kendall for Ground in Gratitude, a Thanksgiving morning practice blending yoga, breathwork, and sound.
Nancy will begin by guiding a grounding yoga flow and breathwork to connect body and breath. After movement and mindful breathing, Kendall will lead you into deep rest with a sound bath and meditation featuring crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and more. This class offers a nurturing reset before the busyness of the holiday season.

Release, Root & Rest is a seasonal class blending breath, yoga asana, and sound to support nervous system regulation and prepare for winter’s slower pace.
We’ll begin with gentle pranayama (breathwork) to steady the mind and awaken energy through the Manipura (solar plexus chakra), followed by mindful, heat-building asana to release tension and clear stagnation. The practice then transitions into restorative postures that nurture the Muladhara (root chakra), grounding the body and cultivating a sense of steadiness and calm.
The session will close with an immersive 30 minute sound bath featuring gong, crystal bowls, rainstick, ocean drum, Nepalese and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more, designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, support vagal tone, and guide the body into deep rest and renewal.
