Cosmic Womb: An Art & Sound Meditation Ritual
As the earth stirs toward Spring, enter the Cosmic Womb - a liminal space of rest and infinite potential. Led by quantum healer Astrid C. Medieta and sound practitioner Kendall Odom, this 2-hour immersion supports nervous system settling and subconscious recalibration through three intentional phases:
Gestate: A deep hypnotic meditation supported by crystal bowls and a solar planetary gong to access the inner void.

Reset & Digest: Breath, Yoga, & Sound
Reset & Digest: Breath, Yoga, & Sound is a 90-minute practice designed to support the body’s natural mental and physical digestive processes after the holiday weekend.
We’ll begin with a short introduction and guided pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system, build gentle digestive heat, and create space through the abdomen.
The asana (postures) practice will focus on twists, gentle core activation, and compression-and-release movements that stimulate the digestive organs, with particular attention to the liver.

The session will close with an immersive 30 minute sound bath featuring gong, crystal bowls, rainstick, ocean drum, Nepalese and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more, designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, support vagal tone, and guide the body into deep rest and renewal.
