How should I dress for my Vibrasana session?

Wear loose, comfortable layers. You may get warm during the movement portion, but most people experience a drop in body temperature during the sound bath. Having a sweatshirt and socks on hand is recommended.

What should I bring?

Bring your yoga mat and anything that will make the sound bath more comfortable, such as a pillow or blanket. You’ll be lying on the ground for about 45 minutes. A typical setup includes a bolster under the knees and a pillow under the head, with adjustments made to support your comfort. Eye masks and essential oil roll-ons are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.

How else can I prepare?

Try to avoid large meals within 2 hours of your session. Otherwise, you’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
