Breathwork, Slow Yoga, & Sound Meditation

Join me at Tahoe Mountain Fitness for a nourishing practice of breathwork, slow yoga, and sound meditation designed to support deep rest and regulation.

We’ll begin by grounding through the breath, exploring accessible and seasonally relevant pranayama to settle the body and mind. From there, we’ll move through slow, mindful yoga asana, gradually transitioning into yin and restorative shapes to support ease and downregulation.

The practice closes with an extended ~40-minute sound meditation, featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and other resonant instruments. This immersive soundscape supports inward listening and helps the body shift into rest-and-restore mode.

Benefits may include improved sleep, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a greater sense of calm and clarity.

Please wear comfortable layers and bring anything that will support your comfort during the sound meditation. Essential oil roll-ons and eye masks will be available, and you’re welcome to bring your own.
