Prāṇāyāma, Somatic Movement, and Sound Meditation at Indigo Yoga in Walnut Creek

Register with Indigo Yoga

Join Kendall for a nervous system regulation experience of breath, movement, sound, and rest. We’ll begin by grounding into the space and activating the parasympathetic nervous system with slow prāṇāyāma (breath control) practices.

Then, we will transition into gentle yoga āsana, eventually moving into more active somatic movement to release any remaining energy from the week. Next, we’ll slowly transition back down to the floor, coming into restorative yoga postures and preparing for rest & meditation. During śavāsana, you’ll experience a ~35 minute orchestral sound meditation with the crystal bowls, Tibetan & Nepalese bowls, gong, chimes, and more.

This experience is designed to flush out your week and bring you back home to your body, mind, and soul. To learn more about Kendall’s offering, check out why it works.
