Join me every first Tuesday for a monthly, donation-based, sliding scale hour of breathwork and sound meditation designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.
We’ll begin by grounding through the breath, exploring a few accessible and seasonally relevant pranayama techniques to help settle the body and mind. From there, you’ll transition into an extended sound meditation of approximately 40 minutes, featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and other resonant instruments.
This immersive practice supports relaxation, inward listening, and restoration, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.
Please wear comfortable layers and bring anything that will support your comfort during the sound meditation. Essential oil roll-ons and eye masks will be available, and you’re welcome to bring your own.
