Online: Weekly TikTok Live Sound Meditation

Join me every Wednesday at 8 PM PT on TikTok Live at https://www.tiktok.com/@vibrasana.with.kendall.

We’ll begin by settling in with gentle breathwork and light stretching, followed by intention setting to ground our time together.

From there, we’ll move into a 40-minute sound meditation featuring gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan and Nepalese bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. This practice supports nervous system regulation and may help improve sleep, support emotional integration, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and clarity.

After the sound meditation, I’ll gently close the space and stay on to connect with anyone who’d like to chat or ask questions. If you need help getting set up on TikTok, feel free to reach out.
