My mission is to bring accessible nervous system regulation to all.

Vibrasana offers themed sessions that blend breathwork, yoga asana, and immersive sound meditation - scientifically curated to meet each person exactly where they are.

Rooted in vibration (the resonance of sound) and asana (the postural limb of yoga), the Vibrasana experience supports both the nervous system and the subtle body. By inviting stagnant stress hormones to clear and vagal tone to increase, your whole system is encouraged to downshift from "survival" to "restore."

Each practice begins by grounding into the body through breath and meditation, followed by somatic sequencing designed to release tension stored in the fascia and mobilize energy. This intentional movement prepares the body for biocellular rest, clearing the path for the mind to settle.

Sessions culminate in a symphonic sound meditation. Unlike a traditional sound bath, this is an orchestral experience played in specific musical keys to create a precise field of resonance. Using gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments, this harmonic intentionality facilitates Alpha and Theta brainwave states - the frequencies required for deep emotional processing, cellular repair, and profound sleep.

These 75 - 120 minute sessions offer a complete reset for the biological clock and the nervous system.

Meet Kendall

Founder of Vibrasana, Kendall is a certified sound meditation practitioner, yoga teacher, and lifelong lover of music and movement.

Rooted in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California and now based in Walnut Creek & Truckee, she offers sessions that blend breathwork, yoga asana, and immersive sound to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and deep rest. Drawing from formal training in piano and a highly attuned musical ear, Kendall approaches sound through a symphonic lens, composing intentional soundscapes that guide the body toward parasympathetic activation, improved sleep, and greater emotional resilience.

Her approach is grounded in training, inspired by devotion, and shaped by a deep love for her community, the earth, and the power of intentional rest.
